Q 1. What information is required for a quotation?
A: Production details(Gerber file), materials information (material type, thickness, copper thickness, etc.), manufacturing SPEC, required quantity, and additional information.
Q 2. What file formats do you accept for PCB production?
A: For PCB quotation, you can provide a Gerber file or compatible format for review, related technical requirements, and any special requirements for a specific quote. We will protect our clients’ intellectual property throughout the process.
Q 3. What about shipping/fees?
A: Shipping costs are determined by the item’s destination, weight, and package size. Please let us know if you need us to report shipping costs. Usually, we use international express (such as FedEx, DHL, TNT) to provide samples and small-batch orders. For bulk orders, we can arrange shipping by the forwarder.
Q 4. What services do you have?
A: We can provide you with a one-stop service from PCB prototype to mass production. BOM sourcing and PCBA service are also available upon request.
Q 5. Can we visit your company?
A: No problem. You are welcome to visit our plants in Jiangxi, China anytime.
Q 6. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are a PCB manufacturer with 20 years of experience in the field. Our factory was established in 2003 with an initial capital of 2 million and now growing to a group company has more than 1200 employees.
Q 7. What is your supply capacity?
A: Our supply capacity is about 150,000 square meters per month. We have 600,000 square meters of production facility supporting all departments, and the second plant has completed by the end of 2021.
Q 8. How can I get a sample and check your quality?
A: Your samples will be ready within 5-7 working days after the Engineering Query was completed and replied to us. And ship to you once the payment has been made, or you may apply free samples for your bulk orders.
Q 9. What kind of certificate do you have?
A: We are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, IPC and UL certified manufacturer.
